WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?

While uncommon, items do sometimes get lost (or very delayed) in the mail. I am not able to issue a refund for such items, but I am more than happy to help with filing claims with USPS in order to resolve your issue. If your package is more than a week past its original delivery date, please reach out and I will gladly help file a USPS claim.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?

Absolutely! I am happy to accept custom orders. Please reach out to me and I will help design the perfect item for you. Once you agree on the design aspect of an item, I will collect 50% down and require final payment upon completion.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I can accept returns for most items (masks, digital downloads, custom orders, and sale items are not eligible for return). Please let me know within three (3) days of delivery if you would like to return an item. Items must be shipped within seven (7) days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping both ways. If the item originally had free shipping, the actual cost of the shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. The item must be returned in its original condition in order to receive a refund. Please reach out in advance of your purchase if you have any questions about returns and refunds.
