In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair, and transparent store policy for our customers. Returns
We know that things don't always work out the way we want! If you would like to return an item, please reach out to us at ChristenBellace@gmail.com within three days of receipt of the item so that we can discuss a suitable remedy.
We can accept returns for most items (face masks, digital downloads, custom orders, and sale items are not eligible for return). Please let us know within three (3) days of delivery if you would like to return an item. Items must be shipped within seven (7) days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping both ways. If the item originally had free shipping, the actual cost of the shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping both ways. If the item originally had free shipping, the actual cost of the shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Quilts are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
